The Climate Restoration Alliance is proud to announce that Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) New Orleans signed the Climate Restoration Resolution on August 5, 2024.
CCE is a nonpartisan grassroots organization focused on building political will for climate solutions through education — equipping citizens with the tools to engage their neighbors, advocate locally, and build relationships with elected officials and the media. The New Orleans chapter brings that work to one of the most climate-exposed cities in the United States.
CRA’s mission to bring CO2 back to pre-industrial levels by 2050 requires exactly the kind of informed, civically engaged citizenry that CCE builds. We are grateful to Chapter Leader Keely Lewis and the CCE New Orleans team for adding their commitment to this global effort.
