To celebrate World Environment Day on June 5, we’re launching a climate-focused art contest inviting people of all ages, from anywhere in the world, to share original visual art inspired by the future we want to build.

World Environment Day is a global moment to reflect on the health of our planet and take meaningful action for the environment. This year, we are focusing on Climate Restoration as our shared global climate goal.

The contest is open to participants of all ages and countries. Submissions must be original, hand-created visual artwork. To keep the contest focused on real human creativity, digital-only artwork and AI-generated art are not eligible.

Prizes

First Place: $100
Second Place: $75
Third Place: $50

Eligibility

To participate, applicants must confirm that:

The artwork was not created with AI.
They have signed the Climate Restoration Pledge.
Participants under 18 have permission from a parent or guardian.

The deadline for submissions is May 27 at noon GMT.

Qualified entries will be posted on our social media channels on May 28. The artworks with the most likes across all of our social media platforms by June 5 — World Environment Day — will be announced as the winners.
