Nisar Ali is an environmental professional specializing in climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and climate risk assessment. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Karakoram International University, where his research focused on climate change vulnerability and community-level adaptation in high-altitude regions of Gilgit-Baltistan.

He has worked as a Climate Resilience Technical Associate with the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, contributing to climate-resilient development planning and policy support across Pakistan. Previously, he served as an Agriculturist with the Aga Khan Rural Support Program, implementing climate-smart agriculture initiatives and supporting farming communities in improving food security and adaptive capacity. His work reflects a strong commitment to bridging science, policy, and grassroots action for sustainable and climate-resilient futures.
