Creative Collaborative Consultant for Global Climate Consortia & Stakeholder Compliance
I work in the gap where climate ambition meets execution.

As a consortium strategist, I design and coordinate international partnerships that bring together capital, policy, research, and implementation across regions. My work focuses on making complex climate and innovation initiatives coherent, compliant, and deliverable—not just well-intentioned.
I operate across programmes such as Horizon Europe and Erasmus+, structuring multi-country consortia and aligning private, public, and civic stakeholders within the Quintuple Helix Model.

Working across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, I bridge cultural, institutional, and regulatory differences—ensuring that partnerships hold under real-world conditions.
Focus areas:
Structuring international consortia and partnerships
Stakeholder alignment across private, public, and civic sectors
De-risking climate and innovation projects
Navigating EU and global funding frameworks
Cross-cultural strategy and execution
…
As an early innovator in circular economy, I founded 360hub Lighthouse in Stockholm in 2001, advancing regenerative design and responsible commerce long before circularity entered mainstream policy and investment language. With a professional background in fashion and retail, I have consistently explored how markets, aesthetics and accountability can be aligned into Net Positive systems (not net zero, where the unitented consequence might be worse than the situation at present) – we are here to bridge the gap, and find our ways to restore the climate on the blue water Planet.

If we are all trimtabs on this small pale blue dot in the universe, – The Water Planet we call home – then for sure, responsible leadership means understanding leverage and consciously shifting direction where it matters most.
