I am called Ngwa Walters Monde and I am a Cameroonian development practitioner, entrepreneur, and sustainability advocate based in Buea, Cameroon. I am the Managing Director of Dulcet Association, an organization focused on climate action, sustainable agriculture, and community development initiatives.
With an academic background in Food Technology from the University of Ngaoundéré, I combine technical knowledge with grassroots experience to promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices and food security solutions.

I have demonstrated strong leadership in coordinating programs that empower youths and women, particularly in climate-smart agriculture, agroecology, and livelihood improvement. His work often emphasizes sustainable food systems, climate resilience, and community-based innovation in Cameroon.

Through Dulcet Association, I have contributed to initiatives addressing climate change mitigation, environmental protection, and rural development, while also engaging in networks and partnerships that advance sustainable development goals at both local and international levels.
