I am a Kenyan married to Ruth, and we are blessed with three children, Sharry, Angel, and Larry.

I am also a facilitator, a trainer, and an environmental activist. With more than 14 years of experience in climate action, regenerative agriculture, food systems, gender equity, youth empowerment, and peacebuilding, I work to restore ecosystems while strengthening community harmony and preventing conflict through shared environmental care.

In 2017, I founded Pacha Mama Alliance Kenya and have mobilized thousands of trees planted, school nurseries established, and farmers trained in agroecology across Homa Bay, Kisumu, and Kajiado counties. Even during the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, I organized relief efforts that combined food aid and tree seedlings with education on health and forest restoration.

As a Climate Restoration Ambassador, I champion for an active carbon drawdown, that humanity must remove excess CO₂—not merely reduce emissions—to return Earth to a safe climate.

Speaking to the heart of my mission, I believe:

“We don’t just plant trees; we plant peace, hope, and a future. When communities come together to restore the land, they also restore trust in each other. The youth of today will live the consequences of climate change tomorrow—that is why every seedling we put in the ground is an act of justice and love for the next generation.”

I am sure that grassroots restoration, rooted in equity and peace, can heal both people and the planet.
